A BIG THANK YOU to all that helped on the day with all the activities, and setting up and helping clearing away at the end .

Twelve teams, each containing a Highworth Colts team member (some had more then one) entered in a tournament style competition. Two groups of six. The top four teams from each group went through to the quarters then semi’s and of course the Grand final.
The event went off without a single problem!!!!! A Great job Sue B. The most amazing part being how sue managed to control the weather - raining and overcast all morning then as if by magic warm and sunny ALL afternoon.
Also food supplied by parents including cakes and biscuits. Burgers, sausages were also on the menu - served up most of the time by Nigel & Nicky - most parents helped out.
Also a special thanks to the two ref’s - Darren and Kevin - once again there was help from parents. With Gary on the score board the whole event was a total success. Names of players are still being looked in to as to whether we can put them in at the moment. Below are the teams and how they got on.
